Taking on the Winchester Half Marathon 2019 challenge: Meet Our Runners
On 22 September, over 2,000 keen runners will take on the Winchester Half Marathon, tackling a beautiful course of just over 13 miles which starts and ends in the centre of our historic city. Ten students and members of staff at the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï - one of the official race partners - have been given complimentary passes to the race. Read more

Winchester Churches Nightshelter bags donations from ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï students
The ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï and Winchester Churches Nightshelter have joined forces to ensure that household items, clothes and unopened canned food no longer needed by first-year students heading home for the summer are given a second life, thanks to the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï's Bag It Up initiative. Read more

No monkeying around! The issues of keeping pet primates
Do you know it is entirely legal to keep a primate as a pet in the UK, even if it is an endangered species? An estimated 5000 primates currently live in UK homes as pets. Most are marmosets but squirrel monkeys, capuchins and spider monkeys, as well as lemurs and other species are kept. Read more
