¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï becomes first UK university to secure green finance for campus development
Lending has today been confirmed to fund a landmark new building at the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï’s West Downs Quarter. A £30m loan from Triodos Bank, Europe’s leading sustainable bank, will ensure that the development will be completed for the 2019-2020 academic year. Read more

Winchester student set to learn about sustainable conservation at Uganda summer school
Sarah Buck, a first-year student studying for a degree in Animal Welfare and Society, has won a grant from the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) to attend the natural resources and development summer school hosted by Kyambogo ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï in Kampala, Uganda. During the summer school, she will learn about sustainable conservation. Read more

Taking on the Winchester half marathon challenge
On 23 September, over 2000 keen runners will take on the Winchester half marathon, tackling a beautiful course of just over 13 miles which starts and ends in the centre of our historic city. Ten students and members of staff at the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï - one of the official race partners - have been given complimentary passes to the race. Read more
