Biography

Dr Joe Stubbersfield is a senior lecturer in . He holds a BSc in Psychology from the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï of Manchester, an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology from the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï of Liverpool, and a joint Psychology and Anthropology PhD from the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï of Durham. He has held previous posts at the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï of St Andrews, the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï of Durham and Heriot-Watt ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï before joining the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï in 2021.Ìý

He is the Personal Tutor, and Volunteer Research Assistant coordinator for Psychology, module leader for Approaches and Myth Busting in Psychology (foundation year), Volunteering for Psychology (year 3), and Pschology Placement (year 3), and supervises undergraduate projects on a variety of topics related to social psychology.Ìý

  • Social Psychology (year 2)

He is leader of theÌý, and a member of the . He is the current editor of the for Humanities & Social Sciences CommunicationsÌýand a lead designer of a free, online learning module on the C for the Cultural Evolution Society.
