After retiring as Vice-Chancellor and leaving the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï in 2021, Professor Joy Carter was granted the honorary title of Professor Emeritus of the ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï. She is an academic with research based in Geochemistry and Health and was a former President of the international society in her field.
